For pieces made with your wedding glass, the production period starts when we receive your glass.

Returns
To request an eligible return, email support@jandmjudaica.com within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, in their original packaging where possible, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
For an item that arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
