Welcome to J&M Judaica. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of jandmjudaica.com and any purchases you make from us. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

About Us

J&M Judaica is a small-batch handcrafted resin Judaica studio based in Atlanta, Georgia, co-owned by Michelle and Julie. Every piece is hand-poured, made to order, and built to become a keepsake.

Orders and Production

  • Every order is made to order in small batches. Please allow up to 2 weeks for production, plus shipping time. For pieces made with your wedding glass, the production period starts when we receive your glass.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In the event of cancellation, you will be refunded in full.
  • Product availability and prices may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Returns, Damages, and Replacements

Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full details. In brief: unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery; damaged or defective items will be replaced free of charge if reported within 30 days.

Intellectual Property

All content on jandmjudaica.com — including product photos, text, designs, logos, and branding — is the property of J&M Judaica and may not be reproduced, copied, modified, or used without our prior written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with the security, availability, or functionality of the site
  • Scrape, republish, or resell content or products without our permission
  • Misrepresent yourself or use another person’s payment information without authorization

Handcrafted Variations

Because every piece is hand-poured in small batches, small variations in color, texture, finish, and embedded materials are part of what makes each piece unique. Product photos are representative examples; the piece you receive will be similar but not identical.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, J&M Judaica is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or from the use or inability to use any product purchased from us. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on jandmjudaica.com. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
